Does the NFC Smart Business Card work on all phones?
The Lynq card uses NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, which is compatible with most modern smartphones, including both iOS and Android. No app is needed to access the profile. For those phones who do not pic up on the NFC chip, there is a QR Code fall back engraved on the back of the card.
Do I need an app to use my NFC Smart Business Card?
No apps, no fuss. Lynq works straight out the box, simply tap the card on a compatible phone to open your digital profile in the browser.
Can I update the digital profile once I have received the card?
Your Lynq profile can display your name, company details, job title, phone number, email address, website, location, social media links, a short bio, and profile image. Please note:
– Changes to your digital profile may incur an update fee of R120.
– Any changes to engraved card information will require a new card to be purchased at R550
Is the card re-usable?
Yes! One card, unlimited use. Unlike traditional business cards, you don’t need to reorder. Just update your digital profile whenever things change.
What i someone's phone does not support NFC?
No problem. Each Lynq card also includes a unique QR code engraved on the back, so users can scan and access your profile by scanning the code if needed.
How long does it take to receive my card?
Once your information is submitted and the engraving mockup and digital profile have been approved, cards typically ship within 7 to 10 business days. All custom engraving and profile setup are completed in-house.
