Established in 2004 with their head office based in Somerset West at Somerset Links Office Park, SB FINANCE ACCOUNTANTS has established itself as a recognized and specialist service provider for various SMMEs (Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises) and educational institutions in the Western Cape for more than 20 years. At JD Design Studio, we were honored to be granted the opportunity to refresh their website and create a bold new CI.
1. Aesthetic
Strong and bold hues of blue contrasted against a crisp clean white reaches out for a firm handshake, and visually establishing both trust and calmness. A fresh bright green accentuates the key site areas, guiding the visitors attention with visual landing pads.
This is the impression SB Finance wish to emphasize. Cool and calm but with strong foundations, and always ready with a guiding hand.
2. Simplicity is elegance
Continuing with this theme, visitors to the site are provided all the info they need conveyed in a clean and concise “easy on the eye” manner. Too often websites are found bloated with navigational rabbit holes, colors excessively bright and loud, and with little thought put into the overall look and feel. Your site must not only greet your visitors, but furthermore act as a guide to lead them to the relevant content.
3. The Technical Stuff
With WordPress being our tool of choice, it is important to keep in mind that CMS frameworks (such as WordPress) consist of many, many moving parts. This rests on top of the website hosting environment, which (you guessed it) are more moving parts. It requires persistent monitoring and constant maintenance to keep the orchestra playing in sync. JD Design Studio was elected as host for the SB Finance website, and we have the tools and skills to keep your website happy and alive.
